Evaluation Results of the CREATIYOK Project

The CREATIYOK Post-Project Evaluation was carried out at the Final Meeting in Poland on 30 August, with participation from all partner organizations—Open Soul (Poland), ACPELIA (Cyprus), and Young Folks LV (Latvia).
Its purpose was to assess the overall quality, impact, and sustainability of the project and to collect reflections from participants and coordinators about their learning journey.

Through surveys, reflection sessions, and group discussions, we explored how the project influenced professional development, personal growth, and community engagement. The evaluation also examined the effectiveness of project management, communication, international trainings, and dissemination activities.

The feedback confirmed that CREATIYOK successfully met and exceeded its objectives, providing youth workers and young people with creative, inclusive, and therapeutic tools for emotional well-being.
Participants reported gaining new competences in art therapy, drama, music, and photography, as well as stronger communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Partner organizations highlighted improved cooperation, enhanced project management capacity, and a shared motivation to continue applying creative arts in youth work.

The results presented below summarize the key findings from the post-project evaluation, including the strengths, challenges, and lessons learned during the two-year journey of CREATIYOK. They also reflect the deep emotional and professional impact that this experience had on everyone involved—proving that art and creativity truly have the power to connect, heal, and empower.
