Open Soul is a newly created association in Poland. We wanted to create a safe place for everybody. We can see what our communities need, and we want to give opportunities to fulfil those needs. Open Soul has been created because of the common problem in Poland, which is young people's fear of discovering and trying new things. We want to encourage young people to travel, use foreign languages, get to know unknown cultures, discover talents, and use them to change the world. As a newly created NGO, we haven't taken part in many projects. However, members of Open Soul are familiar with the Erasmus+ projects. They have taken part in writing and also participating in projects for high schools and projects like YE or ToT. Open Soul's main goals are to create a place where you will find support, help, and prospects for self-development.

For this project we are going to have the following team for implementation of all the activities of the program.

Agata Lech

My name is Agata Lech and I am the president of Open Soul. My experience in Erasmus projects includes youth exchanges, training and personal development activities. Before founding Open Soul, I coordinated projects at another Polish NGO, developing my leadership skills.

One of my greatest achievements was organizing the "WOMENS POWER" project in Poland and the role of a trainer during the "Fair Trade" exchange in Cyprus. My motivation to create Open Soul came from the need to support young people who, despite many opportunities, are afraid to take on challenges and develop their talents.

At Open Soul I combine passion with responsibility, taking care of the development of the organization and inspiring young people to break barriers, discover new opportunities and build a better future.

Michał

Hey, my name is Michal. I'm a student at the Wroclaw University of Technology and an editor at the local science club. In my free time, when exceptionally there is no need to study, I spend time with friends, with a TV series, or just sleeping. On a daily basis he is interested in sports, and I swim as a hobby myself. I draw pleasure from accepting new challenges and traveling. I am happy that as a member of Open Soul I can develop myself and act for the youth and beyond.

Maja

Hi, my name is Maja. I am a law and management graduate, specializing in intellectual property law. By day I work in digital marketing on social media - it's my passion and work in one. After work, I love running and spending time with my dog, Gucci. I love traveling and learning about new cultures. I'm also active locally, running a student research circle, where I support young people in their development.

Julianna

Hey, my name is Julianna. I'm 21 years old studying psychology, and after those words I usually hear, "Aaa, that's why you're psycho" (there's some truth in that ).

I love painting, traveling, meeting new people, and cooking, and most of all laughing, and the latter, if done with friends, is my hobby in general.

Julita

Hey, I'm Julita ♡ I love photography, art and seeing it in the details of everyday life. I'm studying medicine, and in my free time I swing barbells, work with horses or meditate with a mug of tea in hand while Friends is playing in the background for the hundredth time. But what I love most is meeting new people and spending time with them, exploring new places, catching opportunities and pushing my own limits.
