Final TM Poland
The Final Transnational Meeting of the project CREATIYOK—Creative Arts as Therapy Tools in Youth Work took place in Wrocław, Poland, on 29–31 August 2025 and was hosted by Open Soul. Two representatives from each partner organization participated in the meeting: the project coordinator and a youth worker involved in the implementation of activities at the national level.
The purpose of the meeting was to conclude the implementation process, review the achievements of all activities, and ensure that the project has fulfilled its objectives. Partners reflected on the overall progress of the project, analyzed the impact on young people and youth workers, and reviewed the final versions of all outputs, including the handbook, educational cards, and video materials. Documentation and administrative requirements were verified and confirmed as complete.
During the meeting, partners also discussed the final dissemination actions and agreed on strategies to ensure long-term visibility and accessibility of the project results. The collaboration among organizations was evaluated, with good practices and lessons learned identified to support higher quality in future initiatives. Additionally, partners discussed next steps for sustainability and future cooperation.
The project has inspired further ideas, including a planned ESC project focused on photography, as well as continued implementation of the methods developed through CREATIYOK in regular youth work activities. The meeting was conducted in a positive atmosphere of partnership and mutual support. Partners expressed satisfaction with the successful delivery of the project and confirmed their commitment to continue using and promoting the results beyond the official project timeframe.
