Kick Off Meeting
On November 16, 2023, an Advance Planning Visit (APV) took place in Wrocław, Poland, related to the CREative Arts as Therapy tools In YOuth Work (CREATIYOK) under the KA210 program. The purpose of this meeting was to thoroughly prepare for the project and discuss key aspects of its implementation.
During the APV, the project's work plan for the entire duration was re-presented. Each organization involved in the project was reminded of its responsibilities, with a particular focus on the first stage of the project, namely the initial research phase. The discussions covered how the work would be conducted and outlined the specific elements that should be included in the research from each partnering country.
The meeting also established dates and detailed topics for the planned training sessions in Cyprus and Latvia. Partners collectively discussed the skills and themes that would be emphasized during these training sessions.
Additionally, a schedule for monthly online meetings was set, during which partners would share information about the progress of the project. This was intended to facilitate regular exchange of experiences and maintain smooth communication among the partners.
After the conclusion of the APV, participants embarked on a sightseeing tour of Wrocław, providing an opportunity to strengthen relationships between partners. In the evening, a joint dinner was held, allowing for continued discussions about the project in a more informal setting.
All these actions aimed to build strong collaboration among partners, clarify tasks, and ensure coordinated preparation for the implementation of the CREATIYOK within the KA210 program.
