Trainings

Specifically, below every issue or need that we need to provide this activity and we are trying to give a simple explanation about these issues that we want to have through our activity and how these objectives are linked to the priorities that we have selected:

1. We want at first, to help youth workers to acquire a greater understanding and deeper level of awareness on the various forms of Creative Arts (Movement, Art, Dance, Photography, Music) as a therapy tool in youth work.
2. To promote emotional education and soft skills to deal with mental health problems, learning or physical disabilities, life-limiting conditions, neurological conditions and physical illness. Social and emotional education is a methodology that helps young people to better comprehend their emotions, to feel these emotions fully, and demonstrate empathy for others. These learned behaviors are then used to help young people make positive, responsible decisions; create frameworks to achieve their goals, and build positive relationships with others.
3. To provide educators with formal and non-formal settings with information and tools to empower young people and accept themselves exactly as they are .
4. To apply stress management and stress relief techniques, this process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
5. To improve the quality of youth centers as a safe and supportive institution by establishing a culture of inclusion that welcomes all young people.
6. To create a work methodology based on exchanging best practices using transformative tools of the arts working with young people, found at European level and applicable in educational centers.
7. Raising Critical Thinking and gaining active listening and communication skills. The participants will be able to listen to different points of view, to express one's own opinions and evaluate both.
8. Skills of international team cooperation (especially through post-project activities where we will continue to implement activities, learn from each other, but also influence the introduction of this type of youth work in other organizations we work with, try to influence strategic documents and plan further activities from this area.
9. Promotion of Creativity and Innovation-testing and designing activities.

To succeed our goals, we decided to have 2 international trainings as followed:
